Pokemon Triathlon Tournament
Saturday, July 30th
Location: PNP Games @ 2609 Portage Ave.
Time: 1:00pm start (Sign-up begins at 12:00pm)
Cost: $5.00 entrance fee

Tournament Setup:
Taking place on the Nintendo 64 console we’ll be hosting a Round Robin Tournament consisting of 3 events, and a secret 4th event for our finalists.

Event 1: Pokemon Battles (Pokemon Stadium 2)

  • You will be assigned a team of 6 rental Pokemon
  • You may call a mulligan once and receive a new set of Pokemon
  • Battles will be 3 vs. 3, Prime Cup rules
  • Each player will have a chance to battle twice against two separate combatants

Points will be allocated based on performance:

  • You gain 1 point per Pokemon knock out
  • You gain 3 points for winning the battle

Event 2: Pokemon Mini-Games (Pokemon Stadium 2)

  • Players will compete 4 at a time
  • A game of Mini-Game Champion will be played, first to 5 coins wins
  • Players receive 1 point for each coin earned in this mode, with the
    winner gaining an additional 3 points

Event 3: Pokemon Trivia (Pokemon Stadium 2)

  • Players will compete 4 at a time

A game of Quiz for All will be played:

  • Each point you earn in the quiz is a point to your total score
  • First to 10 correct answers will receive an additional 3 points

Event 4 (Final): Pokemon Photography (Pokemon Snap)

  • Each player will get to play through the Beach level ONCE and choose only one picture they took at the end.
  • Top 4 players (Those whom have gathered the most points in events 1, 2, and 3) move on to play in this event
  • Top 2 players are crowned 1st and 2nd place

Prizes:

  • 1st Place will recieve a $50 store credit for either PNP Games location.
  • 2nd Place will recieve a $30 store credit for either PNP Games location.
