Due to an overwhelming amount of phone calls I figured I would post on our website the current status of the portage store:

We are getting all of our stock and fixtures for the new location in this week. Due to many delays in the manufacturing process our displays were delayed which pushed back our opening date. We should be opening early next week (Sept 15ish).

Thank you for your obvious anticipation of our new store arriving, we hope to see you there when we are open!

Hey everyone! One again we are hiring. Interviews start this week, but we are looking for lots of staff. If you are:

– 18+
– Professional in appearance and attitude
– Available for either of our locations (915 McLeod Ave or 2609 Portage Ave)
– Sincerely enjoy both new and classic video games as well as have a great knowledge of both
– Able to enter the USA (either have a valid enhanced ID or Passport)

Official news regarding our second location…we have finalized our lease and have an official location in St James on Portage Avenue! This is great news for all of our loyal St. James customers! 

Our projected opening date is still in the works, but we are hoping to have the doors open sometime in September. Keep checking our stie for the latest news regarding our new store, and current specials at our McLeod location!

We got our hands on two broadband adapters for the Gamecube and thought what better use for these than an 8 Player at once Double Dash Tournament! On June 13th (It’s a Saturday) at 5:00pm we will be hosting this tournament.

Once again we will be collecting food and raising money for Winnipeg Harvest, so please come down and support the cause and take part in what will be a fast paced and amazingly fun tournament…with Prizes!!
