Halo 3 ODST Review

So Halo 3 ODST has come out this week, and is proving to be much better and more difficult than Halo 3. Fire fight is amazing, it stresses teamwork and organization. Sharing a pool of lives between you and up to 3 friends means no more run and gun or it will cost your team dearly.

The campaign was short, but rewarding at the same time. Once again the difficulty level is stepped up due to not having regenerating health, and the fact that a grunt can kill you by sneaking up on you and sticking you. It has however shone a great amount of realism by having to finally find health packs to survive once you are hurt.

The multi-player disc is a welcome addition, with new maps as well as all of the classic maps including expansions from Halo 3 (24 in total) this is the best way to play online if you have more than 4 people in your party.

At $99.99 for the Collectors edition with a brand new ODST themed olive green controller it is well worth the money. However if you are like me and already have all your controllers and just need the game we are selling it at a respectable $64.99, the best price in town!

The bottom line – This is the best FPS of 2009 so far, and will keep everyone busy until COD Modern Warfare 2 comes out.
