What: A fundraiser/food drive for Winnipeg harvest…..with prizes!

Where: PNP Games 2 – 915 McLeod Ave.

When: Saturday Dec. 5 @ 1:30pm

Cost: Cash or non-perishable food donation to Winnipeg Harvest

Details:

Everyone has been suggesting since we started doing tournaments that we do some games like Mario, duck hunt, sonic…and more….so now we are!

v Sonic the Hedgehog 2

Ø Players will compete starting from the start screen in 4 minute time trials. During this time players will need to gain as many lives and collect as many rings as possible 1 life = 100 rings

Ø Players are then sorted highest to lowest by score: The top half moves on to the next event

v Super Mario World

Ø Players will compete starting from Yoshi’s house on a blank file in 4 minute time trials. During this time players will need to gain as many lives and collect as many coins as possible 1 life = 100 coins

Ø Players are then sorted highest to lowest by accumulated scores: The top half moves on to the next event

v Donkey Kong (Played on the NES)

Ø Players will be timed 5 minutes to get the highest score possible. If you run out of lives before your 5 minutes are up your turn is over.

Ø Top 4 players from this event will move on.

v Duck Hunt

Ø High score contest. 5 Rounds. 2 Ducks.

Ø Minimum distance from the TV will be enforced with a tape line on the ground (approx. 6 ft)

Ø Top 2 players move on.

v Mystery game

Ø Players will compete head to head in an extreme classic. Best 2 out of 3 wins.
