Temporary Closure of Retail Stores – May 21st, 2021
As of Friday, May 21st, 2021 our three PNP Games retail locations in Winnipeg have temporarily suspended in store shopping and will move to curbside-pick up ONLY.
Walk-up purchases cannot be accommodated at this time.
Those looking to make a purchase may visit PNP GAMES ONLINE and select direct delivery or curbside pick-up as options.
If you have a video game preorder that is NOT fully paid, our staff will contact you with payment options as the release day approaches. Fully paid orders can be picked up using our curbside option and your receipt / ID.
If you have a question about in store stock you can contact our stores via telephone, any of our social media pages, or [email protected] with your inquiry prior to making your purchase!
Retail returns will not be accepted at this time. The return period will be extended until we reopen our stores.
Trade-ins have been temporarily suspended and will not be accepted at this time.
Stored credit and XP Points can be used towards webstore purchases by contacting [email protected] prior to making your purchase.

As of May 6th, 2021 our three PNP Games retail locations in Winnipeg will temporarily suspend in store browsing.
Customers looking for walk-up purchases will be allowed into our stores one at a time to make their purchase. Our staff will be happy to collect the items for you.
